Customers who don't follow you can find you by search, alongside other Omani stores.
Buyers pay online and the money is held until the order is delivered. That helps first-time buyers trust you.

In your dashboard, open «Delivery», switch on at least one governorate with a delivery price (Free is fine) and save. We need this before we can approve your store.
The Aswaqfy team checks your details and approves your store. For students without a CR, the student ID is checked first. Your dashboard shows «Live» once it's approved.
Once approved, add products with at least 2 photos, an Arabic name, an Arabic description (60+ characters), a price, a category and 3 details. Each product is reviewed before it shows.
Accept each new order in your dashboard and deliver it (paid orders left unanswered are cancelled automatically). Before your first payout, add your Omani IBAN in «Wallet» and do a one-time ID check on WhatsApp.

Yes, for merchants. No sign-up fee, no subscription and 0% commission. Our Merchant Agreement says we charge vendors no commission or fees of any kind, and that we will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any vendor fee.
Your product price, your delivery fee, and a 3% buyer-protection fee at checkout on products plus delivery (minimum 0.100 OMR). The fee is paid by the buyer, not taken from you. Aswaqfy is free for merchants, not for buyers.
Yes. You get a page at aswaqfy.com/store/your-link with your logo, banner, colours, font, story, collections and featured products. Share the link anywhere, and customers can buy straight from it, even as guests.

Yes. University students at SQU and GUtech can open a student store with their student ID instead of a CR. Student stores appear in a Student businesses section and can use campus delivery and meet points.

After sign-up you set your delivery areas and prices in your dashboard: we need them before we approve your store. Before your first payout you will also need an identity check (civil ID or passport) and your bank details.
Use «Sign In» on aswaqfy.com with your store's email and password. Shoppers and merchants sign in at the same place, and merchants go straight to their store dashboard.
No. A shopper account can't own a store. Register your store with a different email.
Yes. Customers can buy straight from your store link with guest checkout, without creating an account.
You set delivery prices for each governorate you deliver to and can add a free-delivery threshold. Where an Aswaqfy pickup point is open, customers can also collect from it, and students who live on campus can hand orders over on campus or through meet points.
